Our Australian delivery fees are a flat $9.95 for orders up to $99.99. For orders $100 or over, shipping is free.

Delivery Terms 

Our handling time is 1-2 business days for retail orders and 2-7 business days for wholesale orders. In some cases, due to demand, this may exclude Mondays, sale periods or when new products are launched. Please select Express Post if you want quicker delivery ( does not include handling time ). 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.  

All domestic orders under $200AUD will be automatically selected as " Authority to leave" . To ensure your order arrives safely and securely you can request a signature on delivery by leaving us a note at the checkout section. Please note that if you don't request a signature we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. For orders over $200, customers will receive a message from Australia Post to choose " Signature on delivery".

Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 15 days. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address, unclaimed through the post office or refused due to custom charges will be refunded for the product component only, not including original postage charges and tariff cost (USA orders).  

USA Orders* 

USA orders are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means we will pay the tariff in advance for the customer.

We ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience for all our EU customers.

Orders under €150: All VAT is handled and paid at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery!

Orders over €150: No VAT is charged at checkout. You will pay local VAT and customs duties directly to the carrier before delivery.                         

Other International Orders* 

The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties or fees imposed by your country and cannot estimate the duration it will take for your package to pass through customs at its destination.  We also have no ability to predict how much customs or duty will be applied by each country.

Hair accessories which include hair clips, bows, decorative embellishments, hair bands/elastics and head wraps are for use at your own risk. Any hair accessories are NOT TOYS and are not intended for unsupervised use by children under 3 years of age.

Small Parts: Many hair accessories, including clips, bows, and decorative elements, contain small parts. These pose a significant choking hazard to infants and young children.

Supervision: Use only under adult supervision. Never leave a child unattended while they are wearing hair accessories.

Sleeping: Always remove all hair accessories before placing a child down to sleep (including naps and overnight).

Safe Use Instructions

Inspection: Before each use, check the accessory for any loose parts or frayed fabric. If the item is damaged or the clip/embellishment feels loose, please discard it immediately.

Proper Placement: Ensure the accessory is secured firmly to the hair and is not positioned where a child can easily pull it off and put it in their mouth.

Intended Use: These items are designed for hair decoration only. They are not toys and are not intended for teething or oral use.

Storage & Care

Out of Reach: When not in use, store accessories in a secure container out of reach of children.

Cleaning: Gently spot clean with a damp cloth if necessary. Do not submerge in water, as this may weaken adhesives or damage delicate materials like satin or crochet.
