Refund policy

Unfortunately we don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind, however we can provide you with a store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date and in original packaging and condition (unused and with their tags attached). To return an item please email us at hello@chlea.com.au 

We do not cover postage costs for returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise a store credit in full, minus the initial shipping costs.You can then use this credit to re-purchase the products that you desire. If the original order had free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.  

For USA orders, duty and tax are non refundable.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email hello@chlea.com.au within 48hours of receiving the product so that we can best help.

  • Returns and exchanges are not available on sale purchases. All sale purchases are final.
  • Chlea & Co. does not cover the return postage costs. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense. We recommend using a service with tracking. 
  • Chlea & Co. is not liable/ responsible or accountable for the loss of products being returned.
