Orders under €150: All VAT is handled and paid at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery!
Orders over €150: No VAT is charged at checkout. You will pay local VAT and customs duties directly to the carrier before delivery.

Delivery Terms
Our handling time is 1-2 business days for retail orders and 2-7 business days for wholesale orders. In some cases, due to demand, this may exclude Mondays, sale periods or when new products are launched. Please select Express Post if you want quicker delivery ( does not include handling time ).
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 15 days. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address, unclaimed through the post office or refused due to custom charges will be refunded for the product component only, not including original postage charges.
